So he gets on the bus and it's packed, the only place to sit is next to [insert your name here]. His thigh presses against yours....

I nearly ran over a pedestrian crossing the street when I saw the huge Snape at the bus stop. LOL! Haven't seen it yet and I'll have to wait until either my brother is back from camp or I can find a new victim to accompany me. :-p

I have seen 'Bottle Shock' and it's a nice movie but I'm glad I didn't pay too much for it. LOL. Now I've bought 'My Boy Jack' with Daniel Radcliffe. I'm curiuos about that one.

My Boy Jack is excellent. We watched it on TV when it came out, very moving.

So has anyone seen HBP yet? I'm booked to get my Snape fix in 3D on Sunday but as it's a family outing will have to behave with decorum and suppress the urge to squee. (Could end up suffocating)

Yay! Already looking forward to it! I still haven't found a victim but I might be able to persuade one of my fellow band members to join me. LOL. My brother is away on camp until july 30th and I obviously can't wait that long.

Sue, you were right, My Boy Jack is indeed good work and quite moving. What surprised me is that Daniel Radcliffe seems so small compared to his fellow actors. He was very strong though.

Saw HP last weekend. I wish they wouldn't keep cutting what I consider to be pertinent parts (Bill being attacked by Greyback, anyone?). I could have happily lived without the spider funeral if we could have had Dumbledore's funeral instead. I'm getting more and more apathetic about HP as each movie is released.

Me too :loly I disliked the last book and will never forgive JKR for what she did to our potions master.
It was good to see Snape again, especially on the giant Imax screen, but the excitement has gone and I didn't swoon at all :dunno

No, no, no, we never get old. Movie makers are just bad. They should let -us- do the directing and it would be all sorted out! Plenty of bare bottoms on screen, guest parts starring sobbers in to sooth the potions master as he struggles with his dilemma's... Oh and I just want to see him in a kilt. There are black ones to go with his taste. :whistle

I was really unhappy with this movie. I could go into detail, but to be frank, I bore myself, so I'll skip it.

Oh my god! The big reveal is that Snape is the Hal-Blood Prince!
Yeah, maybe we'd care if, you know, Harry did. If you spend the majority of the movie worrying about who's in love with who and not about who the HBP is (title of the book/movie people), then we sure as well won't.

They should have called it "Harry Potter and and the Hormone Count at Hogwarts."

Bottom line?
SHOCKING lack of Snape.

Cheers.
J.

Yes, I totally agree with you, J.

I'm afraid to say that for me, as far as Snape and HP in general is concerned, that ship has sailed.
